Paula is the founder and Director of Resource Advisory. Resource Advisory is a collaboration of experienced environmental and business professionals assisting organisations to respond to emerging sustainability challenges.

With a passion for the environment and transformative learning, Paula has extensive experience working with commercial organisations at every level to redefine their value propositions, strategic objectives and in the execution of new business methods. An analytical and strategic thinker with problem solving and results focus, she possesses strong negotiation skills, the ability to apply systems thinking to complex problems and experience facilitating, mentoring and coaching diverse audiences, from senior leadership to workgroups at the coal face. Paula is a proven team player, leader and culture change driver.

Prior to Resource Advisory, Paula held senior management positions within the waste management industry, specialising in environmental marketing, and with Professional Services Firms Ernst & Young and Andersen, Colliers International and Tourism Australia.

Paula has a Bachelor of Tourism Management (UTS) and a Masters of Education in Adult Education (UTS).

Paula’s 'other life' passion is writing. Her emerging business venture unites writing with the fields of coaching and sustainability. Paula lives between Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and has strong personal and business networks throughout Australia.
